PortLab is designed as a local-first study tool.
- No account is required.
- No backend database is used.
- No personal study progress is sent to Compass Infrastructure.
- Progress, favorites, and quiz history are stored in your browser using localStorage.
- Clearing browser data or using the reset button removes local progress from that device.
If PortLab is hosted through a third-party platform, that platform may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, and request metadata for security and delivery.
